Southern Co-op is seeking a Store Manager to take full ownership of a busy store, drive performance, lead a talented team and deliver great service to customers every day. You'll shape the store plan, ensure safety and compliance, and help the business grow.

You'll inspire service excellence, spot opportunities to improve, and develop future leaders while building strong ties with the local community. This is a hands-on, fast-paced leadership role in retail.
