Job Description

Your responsibilities

  • You ensure smooth day to day store operations and support the team directly on the shop floor
  • You lead a team of around 12 employees both professionally and in people management
  • You recruit new store employees and take care of their onboarding
  • You are responsible for ensuring our service levels and quality targets are consistently met
  • You represent our department to internal and external stakeholders
  • You take ownership of additional projects to increase customer satisfaction, drive people development, and help shape the future of retail

Your skills

  • You have a strong interest in our product range and feel at home in the e-commerce world
  • You have completed vocational training in retail or a commercial field and already bring solid leadership skills
  • You stand out through strong conflict management and communication skills, and you keep improving through regular self reflection
  • You are resilient, flexible, and highly motivated, with a hands on attitude that positively influences your team
  • You are fluent and confident in negotiations in both French and English, enabling you to communicate professionally on the shop floor with your team and all stakeholders
  • You show a high level of ownership and make decisions based on KPIs, data insights, and customer impact
  • The capacity to adapt to ongoing changes in the work environment
  • Taking calculated risks to create value and drive growth
