Store Manager: Drive Sales & Lead a High-Performing Team

Company Shop Group in Middleton is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead our Superstore team. You will drive sales through merchandising, coach colleagues, and ensure exceptional customer service with the members at the heart of everything.

You'll manage store operations, report on sales and standards to the Regional Manager, and deliver improvements while maintaining brand integrity. 40 hours per week, 5 of 7 days, 6am-10pm flexibility.
