Store Manager: Drive P&L, People & Fresh-Food Excellence

Morrisons is seeking a Store Manager to own strategic direction and operational excellence of the store. You will drive commercial growth, lead a passionate team, and champion our Market Street concept to deliver an exceptional local shopping experience.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll manage P&L, set direction, and ensure compliance and high standards across all shifts while engaging with the community and adapting strategies to local market needs.
