We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to take full ownership of our House store in Doncaster. This is a hands on leadership role where you'll drive sales, develop your team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences every day. This role operates on a fortnightly rotating roster.
What you'll be doing- Owning store performance and achieving sales, budget and KPI targets
- Leading from the floor and setting the standard for customer service
- Coaching, developing and motivating your Assistant Manager and team
- Recruiting, onboarding and developing team members
- Managing stock control, deliveries, stocktakes and inventory accuracy
- Ensuring visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand standards
- Overseeing rosters, store administration and data integrity
- Maintaining a safe, compliant and well presented store environment
- Proven experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive sales and control costs
- Confident, hands on leader who leads by example
- Passionate about customer experience and team development
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
