Store Manager (Designate) - Lead High-Energy Retail & Sales

B&M Retail Limited is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-energy, results-driven retail team across the Blackpool area and beyond. The role covers a designate position with flexibility to travel between stores, driving store performance and outstanding customer experiences every day.

You will manage a fast-paced environment, coach and develop your team, and make commercial decisions to maximise sales and profit while upholding high store standards and stock control.
