About the Role

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and building a high performing, engaged team. You will be a strong leader who thrives in a collaborative team environment and leads with positivity, purpose, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team to achieve sales targets and individual performance goals
• Foster a team oriented and inclusive culture where collaboration and development are valued
• Deliver an elevated customer experience that reflects the Coach brand values
• Manage all aspects of store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory, and compliance
• Analyse sales results and KPIs to drive commercial decisions
• Recruit, train, and retain top talent within the store

About You

• Proven experience as a Store Manager (or equivalent leadership role) in a retail environment
• Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams
• Team oriented leader who thrives in a collaborative, fast paced environment
• Passion for coaching and building strong team capability
• Commercially driven with strong business acumen
• Confident communicator who leads by example
