Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate a large retail team to deliver outstanding results Take ownership of sales, KPIs and overall store performance Drive commercial performance and maximise every sales opportunity Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maintain high service standards Recruit, onboard, coach and develop your team Manage performance and create a strong culture of engagement Oversee daily store operations, stock management and compliance Maintain excellent visual merchandising and store standards Analyse sales and commercial data to identify opportunities for growth Lead by example and act as a strong brand ambassador Ensure the flagship store consistently reflects the brand's values and standards About You We are looking for an experienced Store Manager with a proven background in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment. You will ideally have: Previous experience as a Store Manager, ideally within a high-volume or flagship store Strong experience managing and developing retail teams A proven track record of achieving sales and KPI targets A passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences Experience managing recruitment, training and performance What's on Offer?
