We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at LONDIS Carlow.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and leading a team of retail associates.

The Role:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the store
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability
• Recruit, train, and supervise store staff
• Create and maintain a positive working environment
• Monitor and analyse store performance metrics
