Store Manager

What you'll do

• Store Manager in Plymouth Faraday Mill
• 40 hours per week
• Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM; you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.
• Delivering an outstanding customer proposition-managing the Branch, serving customers, checking deliveries, picking items from the warehouse, and stocking shelves.
• Day to day responsibilities: delivering great service; ensuring the team provides a great customer experience and delivers sales through service.
• Mucking in-helping the team get the job done: checking and unpacking deliveries, opening and closing the branch, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch, and putting orders together.
• Inspiring-encouraging a positive mindset, building a culture of feedback, praise, and recognition.
• Asking questions and building relationships-supporting your team's development, preparing for future business growth and succession, ensuring customers leave satisfied.
• Leading-coaching, motivating, and engaging your team from the front, creating a great place to work where engagement is key.
• Building a fun working environment-maintaining product availability, high branch standards, and making the branch a place everyone loves coming to work.
