Store Manager

We at Teamworx are recruiting an experienced Store Manager to join one of our client, they are one of Europe's fastest-growing Danish retail chains. Since opening its first store in 2013, the company has expanded to more than 1,000 stores across 11 countries and is continuing its exciting growth across Ireland.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced retail leader to play a key role in launching a brand-new store, building a high-performing team, and shaping the future success of one of Europe's most exciting retail brands.

The Ideal Candidate Demonstrates

• Previous Store Management experience within Grocery, Pharmacy, Discount or Large Format Retail
• Strong leadership and people development skills
• Commercial awareness with experience managing sales, budgets and KPIs
• Ability to recruit, coach and motivate high-performing teams
• Experience working within fast-paced, high-volume retail environments
• Excellent organisational and operational management skills
• Flexibility to travel internationally during the onboarding programme
