Role Overview

The Store Manager will lead a high-energy team to create a great customer experience, drive sales and achieve KPI targets.

Responsibilities

• Exceed store targets and deliver KPIs.
• Track, monitor and communicate business results.
• Deliver a great customer experience and lead the team in the Store Manager role.
• Continue to develop personal sales techniques and help associates improve theirs.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising.
• Ensure the sales floor is neat, clean, organized and reflects the visual image.
• Commercially drive sales in a customer focused environment.
• Motivate, coach and develop the team.
• Manage store P & L and costs.
