Job Description
Store Manager
  • Fully immerse yourself in Pandora's brand, culture, and product, delivering exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor.

  • Coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates.

  • Drive sales by building genuine connections with fans and exceeding individual and store sales goals.

  • Create unforgettable shopping moments that exceed expectations through excellent product knowledge and brand loyalty.

  • Provide real time feedback and guidance to empower the team to hit KPI goals.

  • Foster accountability for individual and store performance.

  • Recruit, retain, and develop high performing teams; support succession planning and internal mobility.

  • Collaborate with Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources to resolve performance issues and policy violations.

  • Ensure timely implementation of visual merchandising, efficient operational processes, and continuous talent development.

  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high performance retail environment.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to charm and capture audiences at all levels.

  • Results oriented leader with sharp business acumen and analytical thinking.

  • Talent magnet skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams (including succession planning).

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail POS systems.

  • At least 18 years of age, with proof of identification and eligibility to work.

  • Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; able to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ lbs.
