As a Store Manager, you'll be at the heart of our success, taking responsibility for:
- Providing hands on leadership, coaching, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing store environment.
- Ensuring operational excellence, from store presentation to stock management and health & safety compliance.
- Delivering exceptional customer service, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Developing talent within your team, creating succession plans, and supporting ongoing growth.

What We're Looking For:- Proven experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, or in a similar leadership role.
