What You'll Do

As a Store Manager, you'll be at the heart of our success, taking responsibility for:

• Providing hands on leadership, coaching, and fostering a collaborative, high performing store environment.
• Ensuring operational excellence, from store presentation to stock management and health & safety compliance.
• Delivering exceptional customer service, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Developing talent within your team, creating succession plans, and supporting ongoing growth.
