Job Description
What you'll do

Store Manager in Cramlington, 40 hours per week.

Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

Deliver an outstanding customer proposition - manage the Branch, serve customers, check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse, stock shelves, and lead your team to achieve great results. You will also handle opening and closing the branch, cleaning, and maintaining high branch standards.

Day to day responsibilities
  • Deliver great service - ensure the team provides a great customer experience, driving sales through service.
  • Muck in - help the team get the job done: unpack deliveries, open & close the branch, stock shelves, clean, and put orders together.
  • Inspire - encourage a positive mindset, build a culture of feedback, praise, and recognition.
  • Ask questions and build relationships - support the development of your team, underpin future business growth and succession, and ensure customers leave with what they need.
  • Lead - coach, motivate, and engage the team from the front, creating a great workplace where engagement is key.
  • Build a fun working environment - maintain product availability and high branch standards, making the branch a place everyone loves to work.
