Overview

Waitrose Store Manager

Location: Warwick, North M40 - CV35 0AA, United Kingdom

Salary: up to £35,500 per annum plus £10 shift meal allowance and bonus

Note: This role is a demanding store leadership position requiring the ability to stay calm under pressure and lead a team to achieve business results.

Responsibilities
  • Head up your own unit, lead the team and drive profitable sales growth.
  • Receive bespoke training and support to develop your career with potential progression to more senior management roles.
A Store Manager would ideally
  • Have a good track record managing a team and delivering results in a fast-moving customer service role.
  • Be strongly business-focused with a desire to succeed.
