Basic starting salary: £33,000 per annum, including a bonus that can increase your total earnings to up to £37,950 per year.
As a Store Manager, you will lead by example, providing your team with encouragement and training. You will motivate them to deliver an excellent customer experience and build strong customer relationships. You will also drive your team's performance and focus on maximising sales.

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week on a rota basis, covering 5 out of 7 days. Shifts fall within our hours: Monday to Saturday from 7:30am to 6:30pm (with extended hours until 8:30pm on Thursdays) and Sundays from 10:00am to 4:00pm.

- Sales: Achieve targets by understanding customer needs and advising on the best solutions, from enquiry to move-in, and driving store performance (P&L).
- People: Lead and motivate the team through coaching and constructive feedback to enhance performance.
- Customer service: Maximise customer experience through exceptional service.
- Store Standards: Manage store responsibilities, including Health and Safety, and maintain high standards to create a positive impression.
- Have previous management experience
- Possess an operational background in a customer-facing environment such as retail or consultative sales
- Be able to lead and coach a team for performance
- Communicate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders
- Have strong commercial acumen
- Lead your team through the fast-moving storage industry environment
