Basic starting salary: £XX,000 per annum. Including a bonus each month which can take you up to £XXX per annum.
As a Store Manager, you will lead by example, providing your team with encouragement and training. You will motivate them to deliver an excellent customer experience and build strong customer relationships. You'll drive your team's performance and focus on maximising sales.

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week on a rota basis, covering 5 out of 7 days. Shifts are within our opening hours: Monday to Saturday from 7:30am to 6:30pm (extended hours until 8:30pm on Thursdays) and Sundays from 10:00am to 4:00pm.

- Have previous management experience
- Have an operational background in a customer-facing environment such as retail or consultative sales
- Be able to lead and coach a team for performance
- Communicate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders
- Possess strong commercial acumen
- Lead your team in the fast-moving storage industry environment
