Store Manager

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Store Manager to lead our amazing team in Roermond.

As a Store Manager and part of the retail team, you will play a key role in driving the brand's growth in the local market.

You will report to the Area Manager and your tasks will be as follows:

Sales and revenue optimization

- Develop and optimize sales in line with objectives set by management

- Analyze store KPIs and implement action plans to meet and exceed targets

- Produce reports (daily/weekly/monthly) for retail management.

Team leadership and management

- Train and pass on know-how on products, sales techniques and operating procedures to the team's sales advisors;

- Lead and motivate the sales team in achieving objectives and managing KPIs.

- Manage team schedules and reports to retail management if necessary.

- Carry out annual and professional appraisal interviews.

Store operating procedures

- Comply with company procedures and standards

- Ensure the store's appearance and visual identity, and the cleanliness of the sales area and products.

- Guarantee the layout of the sales area and the arrangement of products in accordance with merchandising guidelines

- Ensure stock and inventory management

Profile required

• You have proven experience in managing a boutique and a team in a fashion/luxury goods company.
• Your ability to lead a team has enabled you to significantly increase your turnover and sales figures.
• You are performance and results-oriented, with a strong commercial sense.
• You define yourself as an exemplary, dynamic and versatile person, with a strong adaptability to meet the challenges that come your way.
• You have an excellent presentation, are passionate about the world of fashion and are keen to embody the Zadig & Voltaire image on a daily basis.
