Store Manager - New Outlet Launch

Rituals Cosmetics in Peterborough is hiring a Store Manager for our brand new Springfields Designer Outlet store opening this October. This 40-hour-per-week role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading a motivated team to achieve sales targets.

You will work closely with the Area Manager to implement local strategy, drive KPIs, manage inventory and day-to-day operations, and coach your team to excellence while prioritising staff wellbeing and engagement.
