RoleAs the Luton Store Manager (32 hours) you will lead and inspire a team to deliver great results through your commerciality, collaboration, resilience and customer obsession. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on your customers' shopping experience, taking the reins, inspiring a team of fashion enthusiasts, and creating an unforgettable shopping journey. In your high street store you will lead your team to create a customer obsessed atmosphere, genuine in your delivery of a shopping experience that helps customers express their individuality, personality and unique style. You will be fully accountable for your store performance, working alongside your Territory Leader to continually identify opportunities that will impact KPIs, customer service, team development and overall sales.
Candidate Requirements- Previous store or deputy management experience
- Track record of effectively leading and managing a team
- Passion for the New Look brand
- History of delivering and exceeding KPIs and key objectives
- Commercial acumen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and provide exceptional service
- Exceptional organisational skills to handle inventory management, stock control and order replenishment efficiently
