Job Description

The Role

Are you an entrepreneurial Store Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and team development? This full-time, permanent Store Manager position at our Leeds Wellbeing Hub (WBH) involves building a NEOM Wellbeing community, hosting memorable events, and engaging in customer outreach, all while fostering your team's growth.

As a key member of the retail team, you will oversee store operations including stock management, local commercial strategy, and business planning. Collaborating with Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Education teams, you will influence not only your store but the wider business.

This role requires availability on weekdays and weekends, with potential late nights and travel to other stores and events.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the daily operations of a standalone store and lead your team
  • Drive sales, KPIs, and achieve company objectives
  • Handle targets, payroll, rotas, stocktakes, and weekly reports
  • Organize and support in-store and field events to promote NEOM and collaborate with partner businesses
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor your team with a focus on training and education
  • Ensure the highest standards of customer experience to promote wellbeing
  • Identify opportunities to contribute to the wellbeing of staff and the planet, including fundraising and brand partnerships
  • Lead community initiatives, encouraging volunteering and fostering an inclusive environment

Requirements

What We Would Love

  • At least 2 years' experience as a store manager, preferably in a standalone environment
  • Experience in the Health & Beauty industry
  • A passion for wellbeing
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to inspire colleagues
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team
  • Alignment with NEOM values and a keen interest in wellbeing
