Store Manager - Lead Sales & Fundraising Impact

Cancer Research UK is seeking a motivated Retail Store Manager for our Newton Abbot shop. You will lead a diverse team of paid staff and volunteers, drive store performance, and deliver on fundraising targets in a community-focused setting.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, manage merchandising and stock, and ensure excellent customer service while upholding safety and HR policies. DBS check will be required.
