Store Manager - Lead Retail Team & Fundraising Impact

Age UK is recruiting a Store Manager to lead our Midhurst shop, maximise sales and profit while delivering excellent service to customers. You will manage staff and volunteers, provide leadership, training and development, and help Age UK raise funds through retail operations.

The role requires experience in retail management, the ability to lift stock up to 10kg, and a 35-hour week across seven days on a rota, including weekends. A passion for supporting older people is essential.
