Store Manager - Lead People & Guest Experience

The Coffee House is hiring a Store Manager in Manchester to lead daily store operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive profitability. You'll manage the team, coach staff, ensure brand standards, and own shift coverage including opening/closing and lone working.

You will participate in company training via The Coffee House Academy and contribute to a fast-paced, growing business focused on quality food and drinks.
