Store Manager - Lead Our New Heritage Menswear Launch

TM Lewin is opening a new store at Bluewater shopping centre in October 2026 and is seeking a Store Manager to lead the launch and ongoing success of the store. You will lead from the front on the shop floor, coaching your team to achieve sales targets while upholding the quality and service standards TM Lewin is known for.

This is a hands-on role in a growing heritage menswear brand. The position offers £42,000-£44,000 per year, full-time (37.5 hours/week), permanent, with discretionary bonus
