Store Manager - Lead a High-Performing Optics Team

Specsavers Helensburgh is seeking a Store Manager to lead by example, be hands-on and champion a customer-first mindset. You'll work alongside Directors to keep the store and team running smoothly, with support to develop your skills in optics.

This role involves regular 1-2-1s, KPI monitoring, health and safety compliance, and managing performance. Experience in optics is welcome but not essential; thrive in a fast-paced high-street retail environment with a positive attitude.
