Store Manager - Lead a High-Impact Retail Team

Blue Forge Recruitment is partnering with a well-established Irish-owned retail group to appoint a Store Manager for a high-volume outlet in Co. Offaly. You will lead day-to-day operations, drive sales, manage staff performance and deliver excellent customer experience.

The role demands 2-3 years of retail management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work a rotating 9:00am-9:00pm roster Monday to Sunday. Salary €45,000-€48,000 with staff discount.
