Job Description

Frasers Group's Leeds Designer Outlet store, housing Phase Eight and Hobbs, is seeking a Store Manager to lead the team and deliver a premium 5 customer experience.

You will drive commercial excellence, coach a diverse team, and ensure KPIs and sales targets are achieved in a fast-paced retail environment on site at Leeds.

You'll be visible on the shop floor, mentor colleagues, and champion exemplary service while upholding brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
