Store Manager - Glasgow / Airport

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy airport retail store. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage a dedicated team in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Supervisors and Sales Assistants to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure operational standards are consistently maintained.
• Drive sales and achieve store targets.
• Manage recruitment, training, and development of the store team.
• Ensure compliance with airport security and operational protocols.

Candidate Profile

• Background in fashion retail is preferred, but candidates from beauty, accessories, or hospitality with airport experience are welcome.
• Understanding of the airport retail environment and customer expectations is essential.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
