How You'll Dazzle Us

You'll already have at least two years' experience managing a standalone retail store, ideally within a health or beauty environment. You're a natural leader who motivates with positivity, treats others with kindness and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

  • Experienced retail manager with strong commercial awareness
  • Proactive, organised and confident using MS Office, Excel and Google Drive
  • Excellent communicator who builds trust and collaboration
  • Passionate about wellbeing and creating inclusive environments
  • Keen eye for detail and high operational standards

Your enthusiasm for people, community and sustainability will shine through in everything you do, from inspiring your team to leading local charity initiatives and reducing store waste.
