Store Manager - Drive Sales, Lead Team & Inventory

Reality Enterprise Ltd is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to run a busy store day to day, maximise profit and minimise costs while upholding high customer service standards.

You will recruit, train and manage staff, supervise stock levels, analyse sales data and forecast trends, and drive promotions in line with company standards. This role requires excellent communication, team leadership and a proactive approach to merchandising, health and safety, and store performance.
