Store Manager - Bridport Superstore

Weldmar Hospicecare is opening an exciting new superstore in Bridport this spring. We're looking for a motivated and dynamic manager who will be at the heart of everything we do:

You'll need to:

• Create an exceptionally welcoming experience to ensure the superstore is the town's first port of call for charity shopping and donations
• Curate eye catching displays varying from fashion to vintage treasures to furniture, to drive sales and meet our high retail standards
• Inspire and coach a team of staff and volunteers, leading by example

Every sale you make directly supports local people who have a life limiting illness, so it's a meaningful role. We'll actively encourage and support your professional development, and we have a Values based supportive, inclusive culture.

If you are a retail professional with experience in a busy environment, understand stock management, merchandising and customer experience, we would love to hear from you.
