Store Manager - Athlone

The Job

We are looking for a Store Manager for our new store in Athlone, Ireland. As a Store Manager, you will play a key role in providing customers with a unique shopping experience, ensuring strong development and profitability in the store, and fostering engaged employees.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Recruiting and building your team
• Focusing on customers - making sure everyone feels welcome and wants to return
• Coaching and motivating your employees in an open and positive environment
• Ensuring high store standards with a focus on sales and profitability
• Creating inspiring and sales ready product displays
• Reaching and exceeding store budget targets
