Anthropologie in Cheltenham is seeking a Store Manager to drive a high-performing team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will support the Store Manager in achieving strategic goals, manage day-to-day operations, and lead the team with a focus on profitability, service quality and loss prevention.

You will develop managers and staff, implement training initiatives, and foster a culture that reflects Anthropologie's unimagined store experience.
