Store Leadership Lead - Drive Sales & Team Growth

B&M Retail Limited is seeking a Deputy Store Manager in Thurrock to support the Store Manager, drive sales, and lead the team on the shop floor. The role requires stepping in during the Store Manager's absence and maintaining high store standards with a hands-on, customer-focused approach.

You will lead and coach a team, ensure great customer experiences, and be flexible across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays as needed.
