Store Leadership Champion

OurCoop is seeking a proactive Team Leader to join the store management team and help run daily operations in our communities. You'll lead staff, drive performance, coach colleagues and ensure exceptional customer service.

You'll spend time on training through our Difference Maker Academies, mentoring new colleagues, and implementing our standards. A background in customer service leadership and a passion for teamwork will help you thrive in this role.
