Store Leader: People, Service & Operations

The Boots Company PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a pharmacy-led retail team in the West of England. You'll coach colleagues, balance people, performance and operations, and role model exceptional customer and patient care on the shop floor.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll plan rotas, manage stock and safety audits, use data to spot opportunities, and guide your team to deliver compliant, friendly service every day. A UK Pharmacy qualification path may be pursued.
