Store Leader: Grow, Coach & Drive Retail Success

New Balance is seeking a store associate with supervisory potential to join our retail team. You will engage customers, drive sales, and support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations of the store.

Key duties include analysing store performance, coaching staff, managing stock and POS transactions, and delivering exceptional service to every guest. You will also assist with recruitment, training and loss prevention efforts across the shop floor and back of house.
