Store Leader: Elevate Guest Experience & Sales

Fossil Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager for our London Stratford location. You will lead with energy, set vision, coach a team, and drive strong sales while living Fossil values. You'll recruit, onboard, and develop talent and ensure a superior guest experience.

In this role you will analyse KPIs, implement strategic actions with your team, liaise with centre management, and maintain store standards. A proven retail leadership background in fashion/lifestyle is preferred.
