Store Leader: Customer Experience & Sales

Cards Direct is seeking a Store Manager to deputise in the Store Manager's absence, effectively manage the store, and maximise sales. You will deliver outstanding personal customer service while motivating and developing the store team to do the same.

Maintain the highest merchandising, housekeeping and safety standards while enforcing company policies and procedures, and always aim to make people smile with exceptional service.
