Store Leader: Customer Care, Performance & Ops

Boots is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a team on the shop floor, coach colleagues and model great care and commercial performance. You'll own day-to-day store operations while ensuring safety, compliance and an excellent customer experience.

This hands-on role involves planning rotas, managing performance, stock, audits and loss prevention, with opportunities to develop into broader leadership paths and specialist areas across Boots.
