Store Leader: Customer Care & Operations

Boots UK is looking for an Assistant Manager to lead the team on the shop floor, coach staff and model high standards of customer care while ensuring safe and compliant pharmacy services. You'll balance people, performance and operations, shaping the customer and patient experience at the heart of the store.

You'll report to the Store Manager, own day-to-day running, plan rotas, schedule staff and optimise stock, driving strong commercial results.
