Store Leader: Customer & Trading Manager

Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd is seeking a Customer and Trading Manager for our Chipping Norton store. You'll lead a small management team to keep the store running smoothly, ensuring excellent customer service and robust daily operations.

You'll be the on-site manager, accountable for performance, schedules, and safety. You'll drive KPI targets across sales, availability, and customer satisfaction, coaching colleagues to achieve results.
