Store Leader - Customer Team Flexible Hours & Benefits

The Co-operative Food in Rotherham is seeking a Customer Team Leader to manage a small team on shift, delivering excellent service, driving store performance and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations on the shop floor.

You'll motivate and coach colleagues, handle merchandising and stock accuracy, support cash and customer service, and champion Co-op membership while engaging with customers, communities, and part-time colleagues.
