Store Lead & Team Coach - Customer Care & Operations

The Boots Company PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a store team on a day-to-day basis, delivering exceptional customer care and compliant pharmacy services. You will coach staff, manage performance, and own store operations, including rotas, stock and safety checks.

You will develop your team through regular feedback and goal setting, ensure standards are maintained, and use data and reports to identify opportunities for improvement, while driving commercial results in a busy retail
