Store Floor Leader - Assistant Manager (Sales & Service)

Tapi Carpets & Floors Limited is seeking a motivated Store Assistant/Deputy Manager to support the Store Manager in running the store and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will lead by example, drive sales, train the team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations at our Maidstone store. The role requires enthusiasm, a consultative sales approach and strong people skills to inspire the team and delight customers.
