Store Experience Lead - Customer & Operations Coach

Sainsbury's Bourne store is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, deliver outstanding customer service and drive performance across the shop floor and back of house. You will foster a culture of service excellence and operational discipline to meet shoppers' expectations.
