Store Department Leader: Grow Sales & Customer Experience

Primark Wakefield is seeking a talented Department Manager to drive performance in a fast-paced retail store. You will collaborate with the management team to oversee daily operations, stock ordering and merchandising, and ensure excellent customer service.

You'll lead a team of managers, develop your people through our digital learning and career pathways, and assume store leadership during shifts when senior staff are absent. This is a full-time permanent role based in Wakefield.
